Refund Policy
By purchasing from De La Larouche, you agree to the following returns policy.
Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

In unique circumstances, cancellation requests may be considered within 30 minutes of placing your order.
Returns

Returns must be requested and approved by our customer service team within 24–48 hours of your order’s delivery.

Once approved, the returned item must be received by us within seven (7) days of delivery.

All returns are eligible for store credit only. Refunds are not available.

Store credits are issued within 3–4 business days after the returned item is reviewed and approved.

Store credit will be issued in the original currency of purchase.
Eligibility
To be eligible for return, all items must:

Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Include all original tags and packaging.
-
Be free of perfume, makeup, or deodorant marks, and without rips, stains, or damage.

Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in a resalable condition or shows any signs of wear or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Undergarments, bodysuits, lingerie, masks, and swimwear.

Accessories and clearance items.

Items marked as FINAL SALE.
Restocking & Return Fees

A 13% restocking fee applies to all approved returns before store credit is issued.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to any orders rejected upon delivery or returned due to incorrect addresses.

A 20% fee will apply to items returned with any visible stains, tears, or scent of perfume/makeup.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Damaged or Faulty Items
All garments are carefully inspected before shipment. However, if you receive an item that appears faulty, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number for review.
Please note: De La Larouche is not responsible for damages caused after delivery, including wear, misuse, or alterations.

Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

Returns due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, event cancellation, incorrect size) will not be accepted.

Orders returned to us by the post office due to address errors will be issued store credit only, less applicable fees.

De La Larouche is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels during return transit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Once your return is processed, you may use your store credit to place a new order.
